Australian Bassist Callum Eggins joins Casey Golden (Piano/Keys),
Felix Lalanne (Guitar) and Ed Rodrigues (Drums) to form an explosive
line up that will showcase Callum's original compositions.
Callum Eggins is known as a 6 string electric only bassist who plays
modern jazz, straight ahead jazz and jazz fusion. Known more for his
improvisation skills as well as his bass playing. His main influences
are the great bassist Jaco Pastorius, Steve Hunter, Gary Willis,
Hadrien Feraud and Janek Gwizdala.
Heavily influenced compositionally by Wayne Shorter, Ben Wendel,
Walter Smith III, Ari Hoenig and the fusion group Tribal Tech.
Callum Eggins Band will deliver an afternoon of infectious grooves
fused with innovative musicality, virtuoso playing and a sound that
carries a strong bond between the musicians.
