Unlike a traditional sound bath—where you simply lie back and receive sound—this class is a guided sound healing and meditation journey. The focus is on the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, whose deep, resonant tones are known to calm the nervous system, balance energy, and promote inner harmony.
We begin with a progressive relaxation, gently releasing tension from the body and mind. You are then guided through a themed inner meditation journey, using imagery and intention to open space for clarity, insight, and renewal. Throughout, the bowls create a powerful vibrational field, supporting your process on every level.
To enrich the experience, crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments may be introduced—adding delicate textures and uplifting frequencies. Together, sound and meditation work hand-in-hand: the meditation anchors awareness, while the sound waves amplify healing and restoration.
This is more than passive listening—it’s a deeply immersive practice, blending sound therapy and guided meditation to bring you into stillness, balance, and presence.
No previous experience is needed. Simply come as you are, lie back, and allow yourself to be carried inward by sound and imagination.
