- **Event Description**: Come and join me on my Wellness Friday Morning Retreat.Where you will be able to relax unwind taking time to pause and taking time just for ‘YOU’.We will start the day with a welcoming hot drink under the heated gazebo then I will take you into the heated bell tent for a 90 minutes of relaxing yoga flow and meditation session (make sure to bring blankets and bed socks to get really cosy and relaxed).After the yoga session we will then be having a nice homemade warm soup and off course more tea if required.You will then spend 90 minutes in the swim spa (set at 30 degrees) hot tub (set at 38 degrees) and sauna (set at 65 degrees) to indulge in a complete break away from it all.No yoga experience needed.There is no need to worry about the weather it is about being outside and enjoying the surrounding noises and the natural elements surrounds you.Yoga will be done in a heated bel tent and the spa is all outdoors and undercover.Gentle reminder:-	Space are limited to 10 ladies ONLY (Must be 18 and over)-	Tickets are non refundable and non transferable-	It is all about taking the time for you and to enjoy.'Rest is not idle not wasteful.
