Gower was the first place in Britain to be named an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  How apt, for it is surprisingly stunning, with cliffs and woodlands ringed by sparkling beaches, the Gower peninsula is so adored by walkers, birdwatchers, sunbathers and surfers, it’s been scooping awards ever since. Our guided walking solos holiday takes in all that the Gower has to offer.

We walk on the first afternoon, then four more days. We lunch in one of the Gowers cafes or historic country inns. This holiday is run by local guides who have a vast knowledge of this beautiful area. We stay at the Kings Head Hotel,  close to iconic surfing beaches such as Rhosilli.
Walking is moderate, some ascending and descending – there are stream valleys and lofty moors after all, and you should be walking fit.
We pride ourselves on how we create a social feel- so join us on this sociable active holiday where we meet as strangers and depart as friends.
