If you’ve ever struggled with dry or disappointing gluten-free bread (or have friends who raise their eyebrows at anything gluten-free) this class is for you. Kurt will guide you through the techniques and ingredients that make all the difference, from balancing moisture to building structure without gluten.

Together, you’ll bake bread and wraps inspired by the Project Salubrious kitchen, and learn the skills to confidently create your own at home. You’ll also go home with your very own loaf of our signature almond and zucchini bread - the cult-favourite found on many of our breakfast dishes.
