Join us for the annual Noody Dook, a charity skinny dip with heart, laughter, and purpose.

The Noody Dook isn’t just about running into cold water (though there’ll be plenty of that!). It’s about leaving your body hang-ups on the beach with your clothes, connecting with nature, and doing something brave and brilliant for a cause that matters.

This year, we’re proud to be raising funds for the Fife Rape and Sexual Assault Centre (FRASAC), who provide vital support for survivors across Fife. Every splash, every shiver, every brave step helps make a difference.

Whether you’re dipping solo or bringing pals you’ll be part of something powerful, a community moment of freedom, laughter, and courage.

Expect a safe, welcoming atmosphere, full of energy, joy, and a few goosebumps!
