Fresh fruit will be available to snack on, along with spring water infused with lemon and cucumber to keep you refreshed and hydrated between rounds. The water used for pouring over the sauna stones will be sourced from a traditional healing well, and infused with locally foraged plants.Ambient Sounds Sauna (2:50 – 3:50 pm)Soft ambient sounds will play as you enjoy your sauna.
