Silent auction begins at 10 a.m. and will feature a variety of items, including artwork, a professional chef’s knife, various gift cards, collector dolls, and a handcrafted David Boone walking stick.
The Snow Ball dinner, featuring live music, will take place at 7 p.m. Tickets are $85 per person or $600 for a table of eight.
Dinner menu:
Appetizer: Crab cake with melted leeks and rouille
Salad: Spring mix with feta, red onion, Creole-spiced pecans, and white balsamic vinaigrette
Entrées (choice of one): Braised Beef Short Ribs with gremolata, Chicken Ballotine, or Asparagus and Mushroom Tart Flambé
Dessert: Apple Pie “Pomme en Croute” with Chantilly cream
