As an extra treat you can try a few handmade local Lancashire treats and have a glass of Vimto at the end! Emma Kay's book 'Foots, Lonks & Wet Nellies Lancashire's Food and Drink' will also be on sale, and she will be happy to sign a copy for you.

Please note: the food samples are all hand prepared by Emma Kay and use traditional ingredients including wheat, milk, animal fats, nuts and eggs. They are not suitable for coeliacs, vegans or those with food allergies or intolerances, please ask if unsure.
