Allow yourself to relax, recharge your energy and let go of anything that is unnecessary for you to hold within your body.

Would you like to enjoy just 1 hour of taking care of yourself?

The relaxation session starts with you coming along, laden with your pillows, blankets, mats, water and you settle yourself down on the floor or in a chair.

You will be guided into a relaxed state and then I will start to play the sound healing instruments including tibetan bowls, koshi chimes, tongue drum, gongs, crystal singing bowls, voice and other lovely instruments.

The experience will be unique to you and your body will relax and release in a way that is safe for you.

Come with an Intention of what you would really like as your intention, breathe and relax into that intention.  And see what happens.
