The new year is a symbol of possibility. Many of us wish to make changes and for our lives to go in a better direction, but for that to happen we need to connect with the potential that exists within our minds. Many people resolve to begin the New Year with a programme for improving their physical health.  In this workshop you can learn to develop a healthier mind to improve your mental and spiritual well-being. 

This workshop will include guided meditations, which will help you to develop a peaceful & positive mind so that your year is fulfilling & meaningful. This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators. ?
