Those that want to start or return to walking, don’t feel confident enough to book on a full blown walking day, but feel they want to do a more than a basic wellbeing walk

What to expect:
• Designed to build on basic well-being walks, helping you progress gently toward regular walking activity
• Walk at a very easy pace; enjoy scenery, local history, and friendly conversation
• Introduction to some simple home exercises to boost fitness, increase flexibility and help reduce fall risk
• Includes a picnic stop to chat, share experiences, and discuss next steps in your fitness journey

What to bring:
• Waterproof clothing
• Sunhat & sun cream
• Light snack & plenty of water
• Something to sit on (a plastic bag will do)

What to wear:
• Sturdy boots or trainers with a good grip
