She has a 300 hour meditation teacher training certificate from Rishikesh, India. She firmly believes that the most profound change happens when the nervous system feels safe. Her goal is to create a grounded, trauma-informed space where women can move beyond the noise of daily life and into deep, resonant rest.Tara is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and owner of Kindred Counselling in North Burnaby, a specialized EMDR clinic. As an EMDR therapist, Tara has a passion for supporting women to overcome childhood trauma and become the women they want to be and are meant to be. However, daily life can be challenging as well; women face ongoing stressors and must navigate the complexities of life.
