She firmly believes that the most profound change happens when you feel safe. After nearly a decade of working in mental health and psychiatry, Sarah integrated sound healing into her practice to reach places where traditional talk therapy can’t. She is dedicated is to creating a grounded, trauma-informed spaces where women can move beyond the noise of daily life and into deep, resonant rest.Tara Marshall is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and owner of Kindred Counselling in North Burnaby, a specialized EMDR clinic. As an EMDR therapist, Tara has a passion for supporting women to overcome childhood trauma and become the women they want to be and are meant to be. However, daily life can be challenging as well; women face ongoing stressors and must navigate life's complexities.
