They moved by the fire. They sang to call life forward.JOY is our remembering.What we do together:For 8 Thursday evenings, we gather in an intimate group of up to 10 women and move through:* Opening & Grounding (15 min) — arriving in the body, settling the nervous system* Free Movement (45 min) — led by music that travels through continents and generations: drums, Universal rhythms, Afro-soul, and world sounds that speak to something older than language* Cool Down (15 min) — returning gently, integrating what moved through you* Sharing Circle (15 min) — witnessing each other in our shared womanhoodNo experience required. All bodies. All ages. All versions of yourself welcome.* 8 Sessions Fee: $240 - We start on June 11th until July 30th, 2026Register at ** Everyone deserves access to joy.
