10am-12:30pm ‘Refine Your Basics’
A session for Just Beyond Beginners who have taken beginner classes before and want to refine their moves or understanding. It is not meant for those completely new to the dance.

THE AFTERNOON SESSION
‘Finding the Edges’ - 1-2pm
‘Sugar Push Party’ - 2:15-3:15pm
‘Filling the Negative Space’ - 3:30-4:30pm

The afternoon session includes the above three classes and is for dancers who know their basic moves and want to improve on artistry and technique.

‘Evening Lesson’  - 6:30-8pm

(1) ABOUT ANDREW OPYRCHAL
Andrew has been dancing since childhood, training in a wide range of styles including Country, International Ballroom, American Rhythm, and Latin. His passion for dance eventually led him to teaching, competing, performing, and building a strong presence within the West Coast Swing community.

Since 2008, Andrew has built a strong reputation within the West Coast Swing community, earning recognition as one of Alberta’s leading dancers and ranking among the top competitors in Canada. Known for his strong technique, musicality, and dynamic presence on the floor, he continues to train with leading professionals while staying actively involved in the evolving West Coast Swing scene.

As both an instructor and competitor, Andrew is passionate about sharing his knowledge and love of dance with others. His energy, dedication, and commitment to growth have earned him the respect of his peers, students, and audiences across North America.
