You can expect to breathe deeply, stretch gently, and shake things out a little. This time will help repair your nervous system and give you some creative tools to take home.Next, Charlotte will gather us to learn some simple sewing skills. Then you’ll have time to practice on the materials she’s brought or work on your own project—connecting with others as much or as little as you’d like.We’ll come to a natural close, sending you home with new mending skills and a sense that you’re not alone on this wild journey of being human.—Who’s hosting?Charlotte Taverner-Whelpton and Maria Schroeder met over 15 years ago.They connected over a mutual interest in health and wellness, and their friendship has deepened over the years.
