Visibility event, or the "big letter" event. Parking is close by the 5th Street overpass at North Hill park or just off of the street by the bridge. Chairs can be used, if you need one. 

The message we send will depend on how many people we have. We need a person for each letter, as we can't attach anything to the fence, per 2006 state code. 

Our first one there had TONS of traffic from 4-5:30 pm and we had a great response. It was even better than our mall location for traffic.
