Have you ever wanted to learn the art of cookie decorating? Join Laura Collins from Laura's Cookies in our Valentine's Day cookie class. In this class, Laura will go step-by-step on how to decorate 5 cookies using royal icing. Along the way you will learn tips and tricks to make sure you will leave confident regardless of your skill level. We recommend these classes for ages 8 and up. You must have a ticket to attend the event.
In this class you will learn how to:
- Decorate five cookies: strawberry, chocolate kiss, Be Mine heart, teddy bear, chocolate heart
- Learn about the importance of icing consistency
- Outline and flood cookies
- Add layers and dimension to cookies
- Utilize royal icing transfers
- A ton of tips & tricks!
Standard ticket option includes:
- Five cookies, 8 icing bags, royal icing transfers,
- A drink ticket to be used at Queen City Brewery
- A goodie bag with cookie related items
- A digital “Intro to Cookie Decorating” guide that includes recipes, a supply list to get you going, my favorite shops, and a royal icing guide.

- Can be used to split a kit between 2 people or for a guardian/helper
