🎶 This is the perfect time to realign your energy and step into the new season feeling grounded and clear with Laurie as she takes us on our Sound Bath Journey!

🥣 Laurie will guide you through a deeply relaxing journey using soothing instruments designed to calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and promote inner balance.

Please bring:
🧘‍♀️ A yoga mat
🛏 A blanket
🧸 A pillow
💧 A water bottle
🪨Some crystals you are working with
✨ Anything else that helps you feel supported and cozy.

We do have a number of mats and pillows available at the shop if you need to borrow one. All you have to do is lie back, get comfortable, and receive.
