- **Event Description**: Join us at Fierce Movement Studio for the ultimate in relaxation experiences, where we combine the power of Meditative Sound & the simplicity of Breath-work to promote healing from chronic stress, muscle tension, addictive behaviors, sleep disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, stuck emotions, unprocessed trauma, high blood pressure, and other stress-related chronic health conditions. 

 

Kelvin Young and Melanie Sedlack will 

co-create this experience together, interweaving two complementary healing modalities, Sound Healing and Breath-work. While Kelvin tunes us all into a harmonious vibration, Melanie will guide you into a deeply meditative state while you explore the foundations of breath-work techniques to help you to be able to soothe yourself during stressful moments and achieve peace of mind anytime you need it!

 

To complete our session, Kelvin Young, Sound Healer will play his Sound Healing instruments, such as the crystal and himalayan singing bowls, gong, rattles, drums and other more. 

 

We will end with an extended Savasana so you can be in stillness, feel the vibrations and meditate on the sounds as you release tension, stress and worry, creating possibility for more balance within you. 

 

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and water to this class. This is a perfect class for beginners or experienced  practitioners, all are welcome!
