🎉 Excitement is in the air! Get ready to be part of something extraordinary at Otter Creek Grange #1493's Community event. It's an event like no other, and we want you to be there! 🎉
Join us for the 2nd Annual Rooted in Rural Festival, hosted by Otter Creek Grange on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Kelley Park in Burlington, Kansas. This family-friendly event celebrates agriculture, rural heritage, and community connection while supporting local makers, businesses, and youth.
The 2026 festival is proudly held in conjunction with the Coffey County Spring Livestock Show, which is organized by the Coffey County Extension Office, bringing together agricultural producers, youth exhibitors, families, and community members from across the region.
EVENT IS FREE TO ATTENDEES • Interested in being a vendor? Purchase vendor tickets using the "Ticket" link and purchase online via Zeffy!
Attendees at both events can enjoy a full day of activities including arts and craft vendors, food vendors, carnival rides, barn quilt–making classes, homesteading demonstrations, a health fair, and educational programming / speakers focused on agriculture and rural sustainability.
New this year, we are inviting local FFA chapters to showcase and present student projects, highlighting youth leadership, hands-on learning, and the future of agriculture. Whether you are coming to shop, learn, support local youth, or simply enjoy a day in the community, the Rooted in Rural Spring Fest offers something for everyone.
A truck show is also being planned at Kelley Park on event day, drawing even more participants and visitors to all three events!
Come celebrate rural life, agriculture, and community at this growing regional event.
Every registration to this event will bring us closer to achieving our mission. Together, we can create a brighter, healthier world for all.
Thank you for supporting our mission. Your support is invaluable!
