Open to rest, receive, and restore with this evening restorative class infused with reiki and sound healing.

 

This 2-hour in-person workshop is an invitation to soften into the present moment and reconnect with the subtle wisdom of your own body. Supported by the nurturing embrace of restorative yoga and infused with hands-on Reiki healing, this evening is a sanctuary for your nervous system and your soul.
 

As you're guided through a gentle sequence of fully-supported restorative postures, you'll be held in stillness long enough to truly let go. Kishori will come around to offer hands-on Reiki healing during the practice—bringing in loving energy to support in clearing, realigning, and harmonizing your inner being.

 

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energetic healing modality that supports the flow of prana—life force—through the body’s subtle channels, assisting with clearing stagnation, calming the mind, and restoring balance to the emotional and energetic body.

 

We will close with a spacious savasana, where you'll be bathed in the healing sounds of crystal bowls and sacred instruments, allowing your experience to integrate on all levels.

 

Let this evening be your return to rest, your return to presence, your return to you.
