Join Human Design teacher Lori Lisai and Menopause Yoga teacher and coach Beth Kruger for a nourishing afternoon designed to help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm and learn how to rest in a way that truly supports you in midlife.
We’ll begin with a gentle introduction to Human Design, exploring how your energy type influences the kind of self-care and rest your body most needs...especially during perimenopause and menopause, when so much is shifting physically and emotionally.
From there, Beth will guide you through a deeply restorative menopause-friendly yoga practice, created to calm your nervous system and invite deep rest.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, seen, and better equipped to care for yourself through the deep dark of winter.
What to Expect:
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and your favorite cozy layers. All are welcome, especially those navigating the beautiful transitions of midlife.
As Vermont settles into a new year, it’s the perfect time to slow down, turn inward, and restore. Join us!
