Join Laine Rooney (Instagram @tasteboards.vt) and learn how to build a Tasting Board filled with local, seasonal ingredients. We will work together to prepare the produce, slice cheese and meats and then collectively build a bountiful board to share. While there will be options for everyone on the board, please note that this class includes allergens such as gluten, dairy, nuts, etc.
