- **Event Description**: Join us for a 6-week clay workshop designed to teach young ones a variety of hand-building techniques while creating custom pieces from scratch. Students will learn the art of hand-building, how to throw pottery on the wheel, and experience the entire pottery process from beginning to end—from shaping wet clay, to firing, and glazing finished pieces.

Over the course of the series, you’ll learn:

-An introduction to throwing clay on the wheel
-Techniques for making bowls, mugs, and mini sculptures
-Adding handles and decorative details
-This class is perfect for beginner artists as well as those looking to build confidence working with clay. Each week builds on the last, giving you the time and practice you need to grow as a young ceramicist!

Details:
6 consecutive Tuesdays starting March 10th from 4pm-6pm
Personal tool kit included

All glazes and firings included

Students can expect to complete multiple finished pieces by the end of the series

Ages 8-14

Parents may choose to drop off students or remain on-site and relax in our cafe area during the classes.
Spaces are limited to keep instruction personal and hands-on—reserve your spot early!
