Cold and flu season sneaks up on us and these practical first aid herbal protocols offer relief of symptoms, acceleration of the healing process and reduce the likelihood of lingering coughs and spread of the illness.


Topics of discussion are immune building herbal tonics, herbal steams for nasal congestion, how to differentiate cough and choose the right remedy. Hands on aspect of the class is a make and take vapor balm and how to brew a proper medicinal tea and prepare/apply a onion poultice for ear pain and to stave off infection. 

All will be revealed on what’s good about a fever and when to suppress it- and did you know there are different plants for different types of fever?

Tuition is $79 and includes all in person training, hand outs and a sample of the days aromatic vapour balm.
