Join Rachel & Cassidy at Mother Moon Yoga studio on Monday, October 26th, on the evening of the Taurus Full Moon, to receive an introduction to shadow work.  Rachel will lead a guided meditation and while Cassidy plays therapeutic sound healing instruments.  Cassidy will also lead the group through a sacred cacao experience.  Participants will have an opportunity to journal throughout.

These regular events will collaborate offerings between Lucid Lotus Healing & Mother Moon Yoga as an effort to gather our community in a high vibrational setting.  All experiences will be donation-based and drop-in.  These events are non-religious, non-denominational, and non-secular.  All are welcome to come and participate at their comfort level.

The Harvest Your Light event will take place at Mother Moon Yoga studio on Monday, October 26th from 6-8pm.  No signup is required.  Drop-ins are welcome.
