Mother Moon Yoga & Lucid Lotus are teaming up for the summer to help Friends of Geode!

Join Rachel & Cassidy on the evening of Friday, August 28th, for a gentle Yoga practice catered to all followed by a 45 minute restorative sound bath.  The timing of the class should carry participants through sunset and into the starlit evening.  The views of the night sky are beautiful at Lake Geode!  Grab a ticket or drop in and donate to help contribute to this beautiful part of Iowa!

*It is preferred that you pre-register online, if possible.
50% of proceeds go to Friends of Geode.

It is recommended to bring a blanket or towel, rather than a mat, for this experience.  You may want to bring an additional blanket to help keep warm as the temperature drops after sunset and you become more relaxed.  Please bring water and whatever else you need to be comfortable.
