- **Event Description**: Autumn is a season where we start getting comfortable with the darkness.  This "shadow season" is both physical and metaphorical.  October is a month devoted to death and rebirth, and we're devoting time to shadow work to better understand this cycle.

Join Rachel & Cassidy at Mother Moon Yoga studio on Saturday, October 10th, on the day of the Libra New Moon, to receive an introduction to shadow work.  Energetic seeds of balance, peace, love, and more will be planted through the act of Bija Chanting.  Rachel will lead the guided chanting and breathwork while Cassidy plays therapeutic sound healing instruments.  Participants will have an opportunity to journal throughout the experience.  A community potluck will follow.

These regular events will collaborate offerings between Lucid Lotus Healing & Mother Moon Yoga as an effort to gather our community in a high vibrational setting.  All experiences will be donation-based and include a public potluck afterward.  These events are non-religious, non-denominational, and non-secular.  All are welcome to come and participate at their comfort level.

The second Gather & Graze event will take place at Mother Moon Yoga studio on Saturday, October 10th, at 11am.  This part of the event will be donation-based and last 75 minutes.  A community potluck will follow at 12:15pm.  Join us for the immersive workshop, the potluck, or both!  Please bring whatever you would like to the potluck if you plan to attend.
