Fun With Ferments: Koji Fermentation

The Fun With Ferments club, which focuses on fermented foods and (mostly) non-alcoholic beverages has invited the Mashers to join their March meeting at Queen City Brewery! The meeting will center around Koji fermentation, which would be of great interest to anyone that has their eye on making sake. Please do not plan to bring any homebrew to this meeting, we will be setting up an event later in the year where the Fun With Ferments club can join the Mashers to see what we do with fermentation.
