You are in a ‘once in a lifetime’ location, enjoying ‘once in a lifetime’ experiences. But how do you capture them in a way that is engaging and memorable while still enjoying the time you are spending with family and friends? How do you capture the ‘essence of place’ when you might have only an hour or a day, when even a week is often not long enough, and the weather is not co-operating? These are the challenges we face as photographers when travelling! Terry McDonald will share his ideas and techniques for making the most of your travel experiences, particularly when stopping for photos may not be top of the list of your group’s activities!
