Through intention, breath, and the natural frequency of crystals, we’ll gently awaken each chakra from root to crown—leaving you grounded, open, and fully aligned. Perfect for anyone feeling stuck, drained, or ready to level up their spiritual energy. 💎🌈
We will discuss what each chakra does, what they represent and which crystals can help you keep them open!
We will also bring doing a chakra related activity!
What to bring: A crystal for each chakra, this means a Red or black for Root chakra♥️An Orange or brown for Sacral chakra 🧡 A Yellow for Solar Plexus 💛 A Green for Heart 💚 A blue for throat 🩵a purple or white (or labradorite) for Third eye 💜 and lately a purple or white for crown (bonus points for clear quartz)
If you do not have crystals we have a ton in shop, Chrystal do not need to be large. They can be as small as little chips. We will align our chakras do an activity and discuss all the information!
