Cosmic Flow (at Chace Mill)

Cosmic flow blends fluid movement with posture holds and provides space to explore the relationship between physical alignment, subtle body, and mental outlook. Ha-tha translates as Sun (Ha) and Moon (Tha) yoga, and the main energy channels of the body, ida and pingala, correlate with these cosmic forces. Cosmic flow aims to cultivate strength, balance, and clarity in the system.

Expect a moderate physical practice that includes light philosophy, pranayama, and basic meditation techniques that align body, mind, and soul.

This workshop will be held in-person at the Chace Mill.
