This Bachata Bootcamp is for students who have a solid grasp of the fundamentals and are ready to progress to intermediate content. It's also an excellent opportunity for those who want focused practice to refine their existing skills.
These are the steps you should have an understanding of going into the bootcamp:
- Basic steps (side to side, forward back, in place)
- Box step
- 2 step
- Break basic (side, forward, and back)
- Inside turns
- V step
- Basic with rotation
- Cuddle turns
These are the skills you should have going into the bootcamp:
- A strong basic step
- Understanding the timing of the bachata rhythm
- Foundations of leading and following
Over the course of this intensive bootcamp, you’ll refine your technique, build confidence in faster rhythms, and learn essential patterns and styling that will prepare you for intermediate-level classes.

Who Should Attend:
- Confident beginners who want to transition to intermediate bachata
- Dancers comfortable with beginner moves but hesitant in faster-paced social dancing

- Intermediate students who want to extra practice and improve on the moves they may already know (highly recommend!)
