Activities are designed to empower children to feel confident, honor their bodies, and celebrate autumn equinox.
 
This 90-minute program designed for children ages 6 - 12 years old (1st - 6th grade).  It is a family-friendly event. Parents are welcome to hang in the yoga space, relax in the common space, or leave and come back.

Entry is $20 per child, and $5 off for additional children from the same household. A separate account must be used for each child to register. Contact soulshinepoweryoga@gmail.com for details.
