Caregiver Support Group

Please join us for our next meeting of the Caregiver Support Group, which will feature a very special guest speaker. Christina Irving, LCSW is the Client Services Director for the Family Caregiver Alliance (FCA). Her topic will be “Self-Care and Resilience for Family Caregivers." For more than 40 years, FCA has provided services to family caregivers of adults with physical and cognitive impairments, such as Parkinson’s, stroke, Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia. They provide a wide variety of services, and our speaker will provide us with some great ideas to put into practice.
