Vietnam Veterans Celebration

The City of Burleson will honor Vietnam War veterans during a special ceremony at 10 a.m. March 21 at Veterans Memorial Park.

The annual tribute includes the presentation of the nation’s colors by the Burleson Fire Department Honor Guard, the raising of the POW/MIA flag, a wreath-laying ceremony and the playing of taps in remembrance of military veterans. Patriotic music will be performed by Burleson ISD students.

Veterans Memorial Plaza is a city-owned park featuring a central fountain surrounded by engraved bricks honoring local service members.
