Renew Your Light — New Year’s Yoga✨

Begin the new year grounded, intentional, and restored. Renew Your Light is a 75‑minute slow-yin style practice that combines long, restful holds and gentle mobility with breathwork to calm the nervous system and release physical and mental tension. The session opens with a brief sage cleansing to energetically refresh the space and yourself, followed by a guided meditation to help you set clear, heart-centered intentions for the year ahead. We’ll conclude with a mini sound bath to deepen relaxation and integration, leaving you soothed, centered, and energized for what’s next. Modifications and props (blocks, bolsters, blankets) are provided & the class is accessible to all experience levels.🕯️🦋

- Duration: 75 minutes (10:00–11:45 AM)
- Level: All levels — beginners welcome
- What to bring: mat, water, blanket or extra layers, optional eye pillow
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in
