Reiki Sound Bath
Join us for a transformative evening of relaxation and healing at our Reiki Sound Bath Experience. This unique event combines the soothing energies of Reiki with the therapeutic sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments to create a deeply immersive environment that promotes relaxation, healing, and inner peace. ☮️
What to Expect:
-Reiki Healing
Our certified Reiki practitioners will channel healing energy to help release blockages, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. This experience is designed to enhance your sense of balance and harmony.
-Sound Bath Journey
Immerse yourself in the resonant sounds of various instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and gentle percussion. The sound waves will wash over you, creating a meditative space that encourages deep relaxation and introspection.
- Guided Meditation
To help you connect with your inner self, we’ll begin and end the session with a short guided meditation. This will set the tone for you, allowing you to ground yourself and prepare for the healing journey ahead.
—What to Bring
Any extra pillows or blankets you like from home! We do provide these and yoga mats if needed.
A journal for any reflections or insights you may want to capture afterward.
Water to stay hydrated.
No jewlrey or zippers if you are inside the silk.
