Handstand Workshop ✨

No matter where you are in your inversion journey, if you want to learn more about handstand and ALL the ways to get there — THIS is that workshop.
Join Amanda Quintanilla for a 2-hour deep dive into one of yoga's most iconic poses. We'll start by preparing your body the right way, building the wrist strength, shoulder stability, and core engagement you actually need to go upside down safely. Then we'll work through all the variations and entry points so you can find YOUR handstand, whether that's kicking up at the wall, pressing up, or just getting more comfortable being upside down.
No experience required, just curiosity and a willingness to play.
