This includes members of the Church, members of the community, and anyone who just wants to see what a temple is about. Temples are sacred buildings designed to help God’s children feel close to Him and His Son, Jesus Christ. This open house is a unique opportunity for everyone to tour this sacred house of the Lord and enjoy the beautiful grounds. After the dedication ceremony, entrance is reserved for members of the Church. Arrive on site at 9:00 AM. Entry is on a first-come, first·serve basis. A tour last about 30-45 minutes. Immediately following your tour of the Fort Worth Texas Temple, please join us for a picnic at Katherine Rose Memorial Park, 303 North Walnut Creek Drive, Mansfield, Texas. Please bring your own meal. We look forward to sharing this experience with you!
