THE SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE ✨✨✨
For one full hour, let go of all distractions in your life and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of various instruments, from crystal singing bowls to drums and chimes. Imagine sinking into a “bath” of soothing sounds that take you on an inner journey of relaxation and transformation while you are laying in a cozy silky hammock.
*Ground spaces available as well*
A sound bath is an intuitive meditative concert that supports states of deep relaxation were stress release and healing can occur. It is a gentle yet powerful theraputic-based experience that has profound effects on the mind, body and spirit. Leave feeling renewed and restored with a deep sense of well-being, calmness and inner peace.
How to prepare: Wear comfortable clothing. Plan to lay down to best enjoy the sound bath experience. Bring any extra pillows, blankets, whatever you need to comfortably lay down for an hour. If you’re in the silk, no jewelry or zippers.
