She works with women across menstrual health, fertility, contraception and hormonal health, helping them understand what is normal, what deserves attention, and how to support long-term health.Eliza Freney - High Performance Sports DietitianEliza is the National Head of Performance Nutrition at Rugby Australia and has worked across elite rugby, cricket and professional football environments. She specialises in how nutrition supports recovery, performance and long-term health in high-performing athletes.Mirinda Smith - PsychologistMirinda is a psychologist who helps people understand behavioural patterns, manage stress and build healthier relationships with themselves. With previous experience as a nutritionist, personal trainer and yoga teacher, she brings a unique perspective on how lifestyle stress influences recovery and wellbeing.Dr Gabi Gildea - Exercise Physiologist (PhD)Dr Gabi Gildea is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and founder of Her Continuum. Her PhD research explored how women respond to exercise under complex health conditions and how factors like fatigue, recovery and life stress influence training adaptation.Sophie Cuthbert - Pelvic Floor PhysiotherapistSophie Cuthbert studied her Doctor of Physiotherapy and now has specialised focus on women's health and performance across all stages of life. She has a strong clinical interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation, pregnancy and postnatal care, and the unique physical demands of female sport. Sophie is passionate about supporting women to move confidently, perform at their best, and feel empowered in their bodies.
