Join musician, voice coach and somatic practitioner Zoe Everest for a gentle journey inward — a space to reconnect with your body and voice as a pathway to presence, peace and aliveness.

Through breath, movement, tremoring and sound, you’ll be guided to release tension, settle the nervous system, and soften back into yourself.

This is a space where your body can feel safe to unwind and let go.

This workshop is for you if:

You feel stressed, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself
You notice tension or tightness in your throat or chest
You want to calm your nervous system in a natural way
We’ll finish with a nourishing affirmation sound bath, leaving you feeling more grounded, connected, and supported with simple tools to help you return to balance in everyday life.

No experience needed. Please wear comfortable clothes. We will provide yoga mats but you are welcome to bring your own. We will be on floor for the session, so you are welcome to BYO cushion and towel. If the floor is not for you, that's ok, you can do the session in a chair.
