This is a space to explore both supporting your young person and, just as importantly, supporting yourself. Because you can't pour from an empty cup, and this evening is about giving you time, tools and connection to do just that.

Join us for a relaxed evening of cuppas, conversation, gentle nervous system support practices and a deeply restorative sound healing session designed to help you unwind and reset.
