🌿 Foundations of Kinesiology – 5-Day Immersion
The course begins with a powerful 5-day Foundations of Kinesiology immersion, designed to give you a clear, grounded understanding of what kinesiology is and how it works.
This foundations immersion can also be taken as a standalone course if you’re curious about kinesiology but not yet ready to commit to the full training.
By the end of this journey, you’ll have a deeper connection to the body’s intelligence, practical tools you can use immediately, and a strong energetic and theoretical foundation in kinesiology.
