Self Defense Class

In this workshop, we will examine ways to build a resilient mindset in the face of danger and lay out a systematic approach to engage those who might seek to do you harm. In 1.5 hours, attendees can expect a presentation of information and training time for physical techniques. Please come comfortably dressed for movement.
