Surround yourself in the distinguished vibrations of a world-renowned musician – while you move, breathe, stretch, and restore. Following a 60-minute Y6 Restore, Christiane will guide you through a 20 minute space meditation all set to the soothing vibrations of the cello designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and soothe the soul. As you settle into stillness, the soulful sounds of the cello will envelop you, hold you, and deepen your connection to your inner self.
