- Any age is welcome! Studies have found that anyone above 8 years of age typically has the physical strength to perform compressions. Below that they may not be able to physically have enough strength to do CPR, but they’re welcome to learn about scene safety & calling 911!

- This specific course scheduled for the 14th is more of a knowledge & practice course for anyone that wants to learn, but may not need it for job purposes and/or have the funds to become certified.

- If you’re looking for a certification course Mackenzie does these at the library as well but they do have a cost associated with them because she has to pay the American Heart Association for materials/eCards. Her contact information can be found on the poster or at the library circulation desk!
